Serves 4, GENEROUSLY
1 cup freshly squeezed lime juice
1 cup raspberries
1 cup water
4 cups ice
2/3 cup sugar
1 cup soda water
lime wedges, for serving
4 chilled glasses, if you're feeling fancy (sippy cups will do)
*a splash of vodka if you're looking for a good time (we enjoyed ours without)
**pour remaining slush into ice cube trays to keep the good times rolling all week long
In a blender, blend the lime juice, raspberries, water, ice and sugar until slushy. Pour into glasses. Top off with 1/4 cup soda water and garnish with a lime wedge. Drink quickly enough to get a brain freeze.
