Come gather 'round people
Wherever you roam
And admit that the waters
Around you have grown
And accept it that soon
You'll be drenched to the bone
If your time to you
Is worth savin'
Then you better start swimmin'
Or you'll sink like a stone
For the times they are a-changin'.
Wherever you roam
And admit that the waters
Around you have grown
And accept it that soon
You'll be drenched to the bone
If your time to you
Is worth savin'
Then you better start swimmin'
Or you'll sink like a stone
For the times they are a-changin'.
~ Bob Dylan
2013 has brought many changes for our family. January 2nd, marked the beginning of the little man's academic career. While he met his first day enthusiastically, the transition to school (two days a week) has been somewhat difficult on our little guy. With tender affection, supportive words and a watchful eye, we encourage his attendance each week. And, while the little man remains skeptical of his new found routine and responsibilities, the little lady has fully embraced her new school, teachers and classmates. During this season of change, Jeff and I have a new appreciation for the responsibility we carry as parents, as we seek to make decisions that will ultimately provide them with a love that is secure, a purpose that is significant and a hope that is strong.
