anticipating friendships
articulating each thought and feeling each and every minute of the day
favoring all things Olivia, art projects, garlic bread, and yogurt "squirters"
we pause at each construction site delighting in dirt, destruction and diggers
we savor mornings outdoors, moments as a family, trips to the park, and leisurely strolls
we have discovered new "favorites" - bakeries, pizza joints, grocery stores and coffee shops
we are navigating new streets with confidence, relying less on our GPS
we find satisfaction in the simple routines we have established in our new city
we are feeling more settled
