Would we call him...

AN INSTIGATOR? YES.

Current favorite activities include:

- pulling each blanket his sister meticulously places over her body in the attempt to get comfortable and relax, leaving her in huffy hysterics.

-pushing table chairs across the room and pausing for great effect just before adjusting light switches and thermostats.

-spitting when done eating.  spitting when irritated.  spitting when bored.  spitting for laughs.  spitting while reading.  spitting beverages (after gargling them first).  spitting in protest.  spitting for fun.

There are days when I feel as though I'm raising a camel. 

A HAM?  YES.

This boy of ours was born with the biggest of blues and uses them in full effect.  If he knows someone is paying close attention to him, he will bashfully lower his head and then slowly pop up his blue eyes, locking his gaze on the person he is trying to amuse.  He enjoys getting a laugh or two, and will continue any and all humorous behavior if it conjures up a laugh (especially if big sister finds it amusing.)

He is proving to be as bright a star as our little lady with a personality all his own but equal to hers. 

CLEVER?  YES.

This little fella observes the world around him, and is quick to figure out the ins and outs of things.  In particular, he has discovered the art of driving his parents batty by repeatedly doing things that may cause him harm, irritate his sister, or cause destruction in our home.  On the flip side, he loves to tinker with objects around our home and can figure out how to assemble and disassemble things all day long.  I love the look of satisfaction he gest when he succesfully completes a task.

MISCHIEVOUS?  YES.

Just look at that face.  He is always up to something.

SWEET AS PIE?  YES.

It is hard to interact with our little man without smiling.  He daily melts my heart with those baby blues, soft cheeks, and bright smile.  I'm so thankful he is ours.
